UNIFY FEST Partners with Playing for Change to Bring Conscious Music to Thousands Worldwide!

We are very excited to announce our new partnership with Playing For Change, an incredible foundation with a mission to create positive change through music and arts education.

The Playing for Change crew will be coming to UNIFY FEST to record and broadcast 4 headliner musical performances to potentially hundreds of thousands of people around the globe.

This will all happen as part of the Playing for Change Day global free event.

“In response to the enthusiasm of those inspired by “Songs Around the World” and the mission of the Playing For Change Foundation, Playing For Change Day was created in 2011 to unite the global community through the power of music to affect positive social change. On Playing For Change Day, communities will gather as musicians and music lovers from all over the world to perform on stages, street corners, schools, yoga studios, and cafes all with the goal of bringing music into the lives of young people.

Last year, Playing For Change Day resulted in over 300 events in 60 countries on 6 continents, raising nearly $150,000 to provide instruments, music instruction, and inspiration for kids and youth – all thanks to dedicated individuals just like you. Your PFC Day fundraising efforts will help provide free classes in dance, instruments, languages, and music theory for children, instructed by qualified local teachers in Bangladesh, Brazil, Ghana, Mali, Rwanda, Nepal, South Africa, Thailand and United States.

This day of music, peace, and change keeps instruments, music instruction, and inspiration flowing to children around the world. Your donation and/or participation contributes to a positive vibration that connects and inspires us all.”
