UNIFY FEST 2016 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

TICKETS:

What do I have access to with a 4-day pass? +

In short - pretty much everything!  All workshops, yoga classes, music, children's village, art installations, vendors, presentations, etc... The only thing that you won't have access to is the VIP Visionary Village Experience, which only comes with VIP passes.  Other than that you have full access to all 170 tracks on the program guide!

Will there be day tickets available? +

You've been asking, and we've been listening! DAY TICKETS have just been released for the first annual Unify Fest! Only 500 available for each day and they will go fast! If you can't make it more than 2 days then get your day ticket today:

Can I get tickets at the door? +

We can't guarantee that at this point.  If we sell out beforehand than there won't be any tickets at the door.

When do ticket prices go up again? +

July 15th, August 15th, and September 15th.  (Unless we sell out of tickets first)

CAMPING:

When Can Campers Setup? +

As early as Thursday September 22nd at 8am!  Opening ceremony is at 4:30pm on Thursday with full programming through the afternoon and night.

When is camper checkout? +

All campers must be off the property by Monday September 26th at 12pm.

Is there car camping available? +

No.  It is tent camping only.  There are beautiful places to camp and shuttles on Thursday and Monday.

Can I drive to my camping spot and unload? +

No.  You will need to be prepared to walk 5-10 minutes with your gear to your campground.  There will be shuttles to help you carry your gear on Thursday September 22nd from 8am-5pm, and leaving Monday September 25th from 8am-12:00pm.  If you arrive Friday-Sunday you will need to walk to your campground with your gear.

How far do I need to carry my gear? +

There will be shuttles to help you carry your gear on Thursday September 22nd from 8am-5pm, and leaving Monday September 25th from 8am-12:00pm.  If you arrive Friday-Sunday you will need to walk to your campground with your gear.  Plan on walking 5-10 minutes with all your gear if you arrive outside of shuttle times

What's the weather like in Santa Fe? +

End of September in Santa Fe is usually very beautiful.  Often 75 degrees during the day and 40-50 degrees at night.  The rainy season is usually over by that point, though of course be prepared for anything as the weather will do as it pleases.

What do I need to bring? +

Bring everything you need - pack it in pack it out.  Such as Tent, sleeping bag, pad, rain tarp, ground tarp, flashlight, water container, extra batteries, rain gear/umbrella/etc..., thick jacket, sunscreen, money for food, drinks, vendors, etc...  Ideally bring everything in easy to wheel/carry containers and backpacks to make it easier for carrying your stuff to your campsite.

Are fires allowed? +

No open fires allowed.  We have a sacred fire with evening programming you are welcome to attend.

Do children camp free? +

Yes.  Children 12 and under camp free.  Every additional person camping must have a camping pass.

Bathrooms/Showers/etc..? +

Yes.  There will be bathrooms and showers available onsite.

How do I choose where I want to camp? +

When you arrive onsite you will be given a map with camping options.  You can choose at that time.  It is suggested to arrive early on Thursday beginning at 8am to pick your favorite spot.

Is there family camping? +

Yes.  You'll be able to see the family camp once you arrive onsite and choose where you want to camp.

Can we create our theme camps? +

Yes we encourage creative inspiring theme camps.

FAMILIES:

Is UNIFY FEST family friendly? +

Absolutely! We are creating a fantastic children's village with Rainbow Lightning which includes family, adult, and children activities i.e.; yoga, workshops, classes, painting, and more!  All of the music throughout the festival is high-vibrational music, and with an alcohol free environment it becomes that much better to bring your children to enjoy the festivities with you.

Is there babysitting? +

Currently we do not have babysitting available, though we are working on the possibilities. If you know of certified babysitters with amazing integrity and high reviews who would like to participate you can email us at info@thepanaceacommunity.com

Is there a family campsite? +

Yes a designated campsite for families will be available for you to camp in once you arrive onsite.  Children 12 and under attend and camp free, all others must have an individual festival and camping pass.

Is there going to be loud music? +

Yes in specific areas there will be loud music.  Other areas will be quiet.  It is recommended that you bring earmuffs/hearing protection for any child you plan on taking with you to any of the loud music.

What time does loud music end each night? +

Loud Music Ends at Midnight (As it's a family friendly festival and these are fully packed days we are creating an environment which supports the ability for you to get fully charged up each night and enjoy an empowered immersive experience during UNIFY FEST)

Acoustic Late Night Chill Lounge til 3:00am (The late night chill lounge is for those who like to stay up late, drink tea, relax in a super sweet chill lounge and listen to epic live acoustic music with your tribe til the wee morning hours)

When is the program guide going to be available? +

Sometime in August.  It will appear under the schedule tab.

With a general admission 4-day ticket do I have access to full program? +

Yes.  The only programming which is not available is the programming reserved for VIP ticket holders in the Visionary Village which includes intimate time with artists and visionaries and mastermind sessions.  All other main programming is available to all general ticket holders.

PARKING:

How does parking work? +

Parking is not paid per person, it's only paid per vehicle.  When you arrive you will receive a parking ticket.  When you leave you will either show your pre-purchased parking pass or you will pay for parking.  Nobody will be permitted to leave without paying for parking.  Be ready with pre-purchased parking ticket, your ID, credit card or cash.  Carpooling is best.

Can we bring our bike? +

Everything within UNIFY FEST is within walking distance. If you feel the need to bring your bike, consider decorating it, and please operate and store it in a fashion that promotes safety.

Can I camp in my car? +

No camping will be permitted around your vehicle.  You must purchase a tent camping pass to camp onsite.  Shuttles are available to carry your gear from your vehicle to your camping spot.

Can I bring my RV? +

There are very limited RV spaces available and they are inside the general parking area.  You must purchase an RV pass or you will be turned away.  There are no hookups.

FOOD / DRINKS / WATER / TRASH / RECYCLING / COMPOSTING:

What kind of food and drinks are available onsite? +

UNIFY FEST is about supporting healthy and sustainable foods and lifestyle. Vegan/Vegetarian/Organic/Gluten Free/Raw and local food options will be available and showcased at UNIFY FEST in Santa Fe available for purchase. There will be free water available. Also there will be juices, tonics, espressos, tea, and more. We believe that a healthy body means a healthy planet, and a healthy planet means a healthy body, and learning about and enjoying foods that improve the health of the planet and the body are critical to the sustainability and happiness of all living beings on the planet. Tantalize your tastebuds with a variety of healthy food and drink options at UNIFY FEST 2016!

What kind of water will be available? +

We encourage you to bring at least 3 gallons of your favorite spring water, though we will have water available as well.  Sources still to be determined. And we do encourage you to get electrically charged water from our sponsor Living Springs who will have a booth onsite.

ALCOHOL:

Is there alcohol allowed? +

No alcohol will be permitted or sold at UNIFY FEST.  As a transformational festival our intention is to create an environment where we are all invited to experience heightened levels of consciousness without substances such as alcohol.  It is a family friendly festival and we have many indigenous cultures, elders, and youth participating and to honor traditional culture, honor a clean and transformational environment, and honor the awakening of humanity, we have made a bold but important decision to leave alcohol out of the equation.  We are excited to see how so many people will have such an incredibly life-altering experience without alcohol!

PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES:

Is the festival PWD friendly? +

All people with disabilities are welcome and invited to UNIFY FEST. Throughout most of the festival Las Golondrinas is friendly for PWD.  Though please note some areas are steep climbs on dirt trails and other areas require steps.  This is our first event we're producing at Las Golondrinas and it's a large 200 acre property, so please be patient with us as we work with you on navigating the terrain and accessibility.   For specifics you can check in with the registration team and someone will be able to help you.  Or you can email info@thepanaceacommunity.com to discuss needs/concerns/and questions ahead of time.

Where is the festival located? +

UNIFY FEST 2016 Is happening at El Rancho De Las Golondrinas, a 200 acre living museum just 10 minutes outside of Santa Fe.  Address is: 334 Los Pinos Rd. Santa Fe NM 87507

What's the nearest airport? +

There's two airports.  One in Santa Fe which is only a few minutes from the festival, and the other is in Albuquerque which is about a 45 minute drive or train ride from the airport to Santa Fe.

How do I find it? +

It's easy to find.  Just put the address in google maps or on your phone and it will take you right to it. 334 Los Pinos Rd. Santa Fe NM 87507

UNIFY FEST PROCEEDS:

Where does UNIFY FEST proceeds go? +

After operating expenses and taxes are paid, profits will be donated to a community and school project here in Santa Fe called YouCadia which will be purchasing land to house UNIFY FEST annually and permanently and help bring the community together to build an intentional community and eco-school in Santa Fe.

Are there volunteers needed for UNIFY FEST? +
